If you are a manufacturer
If a statement attributed to your company is out of date, incomplete, or was misread, tell us and we will correct or remove it. Please include the product and, if you have it, the barcode. We would rather carry your correction than our old answer.
If you would like to state the halal status of a product and have it shown with your name and the date, the same address works.
If an answer looks wrong
Send the barcode and what you saw. Answers that turn out to be wrong are corrected in the app and on the site together.
What we cannot do
We cannot issue a halal certificate, and we cannot give a religious ruling. For those, speak to a qualified authority or a certification body.
