We asked HARIBO about its sweets sold in Germany and HARIBO answered in writing. This page lists every HARIBO and MAOAM product we hold that answer for, and what it means.
Short answer
In Germany, only some. Of the 116 HARIBO and MAOAM products we hold HARIBO's answer for, 26 are confirmed (no gelatine and no alcohol carrier), 47 are not Halal (they contain gelatine, mainly from pork according to HARIBO) and 43 still need verification (HARIBO says some flavourings use an alcohol carrier).
